Since the very beginning, COMBITHERM has been renowned for innovative and sustainable heat generation. By continuously developing our heat pump technology, we can offer our customers a wide range of products including residential heat pumps, industrial heat pumps and high temperature heat pumps.While industrial heat pumps covering a temperature range of up to +90&nbsp;°C are among our standard products, we have now succeeded in developing one of the first marketable high temperature heat pump covering a temperature range of up to +120&nbsp;°C. Via our specially designed test bench, detailed performance tests can be carried out.

The driving force of our daily business is to make a positive contribution to energy saving and decarbonization. The urgency of reducing the consumption of conventional energy sources plus the share of CO2 emissions can be perceived clearly. Therefore, with the continuous development of our products, we strive for environmentally friendly and future-proof refrigeration and heating methods. ANSOR offers wide application limits with op-timized levels of pressure and temperature for the use at ambient temperatures up to +55 °C and hot water temperatures up to +60 °C. For AC applications, full load capacity is only needed at 3 % of the annual operation time. ANSOR aggregates are suitable for part load operation because of the high control precision. Therefore, screw compressors, pumps and fans are equipped with frequency inverters for extra capacity adjustment to the respective part load conditions. In comparison to hot gas bypass and other regulation systems, speed control is almost devoid of losses.

Next generation chiller

Integrated sensors and application limits software in the compressor simplify basically the supervision and enhance the operating safety. Recognizing incorrect operation, the system communicates with the operator by detailed fault reports. Operating signals or malfunction signals are indicated as plain text.

Online remote monitoring

The control system based on PLC ensures the best relationship between demand and supply of capacity. Operating conditions are indicated on the touch panal which enables also the input and output of all essential parameters. PLC is according to international standards and guarantees lasting high availability of the components and the system.

Regulation system based on plc

The concept focuses on minimal power consumption, best coordination of components and sustainable operation. Under given conditions, compressor operation is not needed due to the free cooling function. In combination with the low charge, environmentally friendly refrigerants are the optimal compromise of safety and environmental compatibility.
