Water - Environmentally friendly, non-flammable, non-toxic and available everywhere at low cost.
Significant reduction of emissions due to optimal capacity adjustment and high COPs.
Neglect of many operator duties as well as refrigeration regulations.
Ready-to-use solution consisting of eChiller, hydraulic module and intelligent control system.
The eChiller operates with water as refrigerant in the vacuum atmosphere. The compression machine consists mainly of a compact refrigeration module, two heat exchangers and a vacuum pump. The refrigeration takes place exclusively in the refrigeration module, which consists of a specially developed radial turbo-compressor, an open condenser, an expansion valve and an open evaporator. Available as a single or multi-stage system, the modules can be connected in series.
In combination with a free cooling station, the system solution has four different operating modes. At low sink temperatures, free cooling is activated. If the sink temperature rises, the system can be operated in partial or full load mode, depending on requirements.

The eChiller is a serial refrigeration unit that uses the world's most natural refrigerant, water (R718), to provide a whole-year, sustainable supply of cold.
The process takes place in the vacuum atmosphere at low pressures between 10 and 100 mbar. The operation of the refrigeration unit is therefore correspondingly low-noise and vibration-free. The positive properties of water as a refrigerant guarantee a high level of operational reliability. At the same time, only low operating and maintenance costs are incurred.
The eChiller can be scaled as required with a wide range of expansion options using compound control. Cascade designs in combination with other refrigerants can also be implemented.
